Of law and lawyers. " From the little candy store on the corner"

Some reflections on the Mental Capacity Act (Northern Ireland) 2016 and the system of justice in Northern Ireland

I would have thought that if the Attorney-General wanted to learn about Law and Justice he would have made an effort to attend law lectures and tutorials. Then again, maybe again,he knew it all instinctively.

2.2..2021

Why were Nigel Havers', John Larkin's, Alasdair Hamilton's, Barra Mc Grory's and other DPPs and Attorney Generals' tenures not characterised by the prosecution of serious crimes emanating from Tony Blair's and Gordon Brown's concupiscence with political violence and their public indulgence of medical personnel.

 Medics? Moral insanity?

I am thinking in particular of Drs. Cody, Manley, Foster and Bones. Those idiots send unhinged lunatics to your house at all hours of the day and night to cause nuisance and chaos and sow the seeds of ruin. Those individuals recruited from the dole queue or nursing college always carry with them some tale of woe.

Where do pigs and police orders for the multitude of arbitrary injustices come from other than politicians, individually and collectively? That means governments and ultimately ,the provenance of Irish espionage is the Secretary of the US Departments of State and the US Department of Justice.

Why can so many pundits not see that political fraud and financial nepotism are the real motives of these policemen and doctors.

Agents? Stirling University?

MI5 are recruiting agents with offers of money, drugs or sex to an occupation best left to fascists, political parasites and criminals. Amongst those we count Gerry Adams and mobsters like Gerry Mc Evoy and Raymond Smith.

...

The Attorney General

Mr John Larkin was a man of no discernible talent and only one Christian aphorism. He liked to project himself as an unselfish advocate which he doubtless learned selling confectionery in Andersonstown in West Belfast when he should have been studying.

He let it be known that he expected barristers to work for nothing. He moved to Ballywalter having got his feet under the table by the intervention of Cahal Daly and Queen's University. His speeches in court contradicted basic common sense. He put forward tittle-tattle about subjects best left to academic discernment or an idle philosopher propping up a ceiling in the Culloden Hotel.

His knowledge of constitutional law or criminal law other than The Roman Law of Tales was negligible. What he learned  was something which he probably picked up from MI6's Chris Patten or MI5's Colin Campbell.

The Catholic Church? Clerical concupiscence with police murder gangs?

We think of a good-man-gone-to-the-bad who embraced the killing of his former students and the systematic fleecing and degradation of former alumni,'Bog' John Mc Elroy of Saint Michael's College, Enniskillen and.of the people served by MI 6. Mc Elroy's activities were part of a decades-long persecution and expropriation of the many by the few.

I mention Canon John Mc Elroy, the Doctor of Canon Law,no less.

In his retirement Mr Larkin and his friends in the Catholic clergy might contemplate an old Roman worker's aphorism given to us by Saint Paul,"The labourer deserves his pay."
Neither he nor the clergy pay for what they procure by dishonesty, blackmail and fraud.
....

The clergy? What did Jesus say?

"Beware the yeast of the Pharisees and Teachers of the Law for they load up heavy burdens on men's backs but do they lift a finger to help them? No,not they! They pay their dues in dill and cummin and clean their àrms ritually before eating. They worship at the tombs of the prophets because they know where they are but was it not their ancestors who murdered them..."

...

He spoke the only reply to so-called friends of the people such as Catholic curates linked to Sinn Fein and nationalist politicians.

That reply?

"Get away from me,I do not know you..." A warning to all of the officeholders of society, doctors in particular and other hypocrites,to attend to their proper duties or leave this country.

Lawyers in general

Lawyers show little regard for the rules of justice and the legal underpinnings of a civilised society. They are solely interested in power over people and negating any democratic control of lawmaking.

Medical pigs?

Doctors are primarily interested in money-making and experimentation to gain fame and to silence protests about social injustice and the manifest evil represented by their cruel behaviour. Criminal advocates,Catholic missionaries, lay gospel preachers, not forgetting that effervescent character, the bar-room philosopher or drug addict, join in. In Ireland, the country wiseacre lends credence to this legal and medical idiocy.

When Church and State collaborate, justice is long delayed, families are driven apart and  irreversible harm is done to the litigant.

The processes of law

Most lawyers pay no heed to a client's representations or real interests. For most clients, those interests are public exposure, not compensation. Lawyers have problems of their own with keeping their heads above water. They too are a butt of rumours and innuendo from soldiers, skirt-chasers and the Provos.

....

25.2.2021

Like most successful lawyers who hadn't an ounce of sense or anything other than syncretic views at odds with one another, Larkin lacked the slightest respect for or knowledge of common law rights and judge-made law which amount to the same thing.

A spectre is haunting law...Female lawyers?

Pathetic disco-dancing, boogieing-on-down nuisances, harbingers of doom, nursing  grudges and bearers of a hard-luck tale.Their role in legal circles is to carry  doom-laden warnings to everyone foolish enough to listen to them or give them any credence. People such as Larkin encourage their profound lack of insight.

Good law,proper justice

The eternal fiction of law and lawyers that they will do good law and deliver proper justice is no more transparent than in a police state such as Northern Ireland.

The truth for the medical bureaucracy and political heads such as Bairbre de Bruin and Gerry Adams is that they have no reliable sources in the community.

The GFA? Blair's laws?

Politicians were asleep at the wheel when it came to a basic knowledge of Blair's Kitson state.

The heart of the matter

We live in a British colony which has been held in a grip of terror for over four hundred years. That political reality is manifested in the Northern Irish police, the RUC/PSNI.

The solution?

Send our food exports elsewhere and that will break Britain's grip on our finances.

The Friends of The People in Sinn Fein and loyalist bigots of the DUP should not be in government telling us to do otherwise.

Our elective Stormont dictatorship is a mechanism for rubber-stamping the activities of a brutal and barbaric police force, the self-serving legal caste and an education system which stinks with hypocrisy, bound up in a big ball of dung issuing from a superficial media.

1.2.2022

Lawyers who have been trained or educated in Northern Ireland make poor husbandmen of their clients interests so anxious are they to appeal to a judge's appetite for self-publicity. The judge will forever seeks public approval as a man of wisdom.

Judges fall at the first hurdle when exposed to press criticism. Many Resident Magistrates are shown up as witless, arrogant non-entities who know even less about judicial impartiality than they do about real constitutional rights such as habeas corpus, freedom of speech, freedom of assembly and freedom of association. Judges and magistrates are beholden to the British Government and Irish politicians for their appointment. Few are in a position of dependence on public goodwill.

I really do have to laugh at the self-conceit and delusions of grandeur of 'top' Q.C.'s who crafted the ridiculous, weird piece of legislation to which the title of this piece of democratic scripture refers in complete ignorance of the right of habeas corpus.

No lawmaker whether in 1856, 1945, 1985, 1986 or 2016 can ignore the Bill of Rights 1689.

Some 'top' Q.C.'s need reminding... someone detained in a place of confinement must be brought before a court within 48 hours to hear the allegations against him and the nature of the offence alleged and who is making those allegations.

Contrary to what a third-rate legal professor of jurisprudence at QUB claims,he does not have to prove his innocence,in fact,he doesn't have to prove anything.Rather, his accuser has to prove all his allegations with substantive written statements or witness statements of a contemporary character. Evidence must be without moral ambivalence.

The role of the National Health Service and doctors in undermining the rule of law and proper legal procedure?

We say with certainty," 202 000 "mentally ill" in Northern Ireland and 382 000 idle "disabled"  souls proves conclusively that the NHS is "devouring the infant in its womb."

....

Policing and medicine? The broader picture?

The North of Ireland is NOT a law-governed state or part of a morally sound greater whole.

The rot set in with Thatcher. This statelet's lifespan has come to an end as even the Jehovah's Witnesses can see.

To those in America who profess admiration for the Mother of Parliaments, Britain's reputation as a law-governed state must be subjected to closer scrutiny. At the root of England and Northern Ireland's ills is the health service.

That same problem existed with Russia after Stalin's death and before the launch of Openness, Restructuring and Democratisation.

Far from being behind the West,Russia is politically thirty years ahead of the West. One could also possibly claim that Russia is over a century ahead of the necessary and vital social and structural changes which must be made here and in other countries which aspire to social justice.

Perhaps sic pereat gloria Britannicae?

The administration of justice. The court system

Judges of the High Courts? Tribunal chairmen?

The former are long-winded bores who advance bizarre propositions as to the course of justice in society. The latter are well-trained poodles pandering to untrained medical monkeys.

These people are the public face of powerful vested interests such as the Northern Ireland Policing Board.

These people's political apologist?

One of Linda Wray's paramours,Gerry Kelly of hashish fame. Far out,Gerry, Stephen and Eoin. Pass the hash-pipe when you've imbibed whatever gives you that opium-tinged tone of speech and whatever inspires you to talk down to better-educated people like all gobshites in Sinn Fein and the BBC.

Media apologia for the Northern Irish judiciary?

Cretinous outpourings.

...

20.10.2022

But,I digress,

A personal message for you,Mister John Larkin....about the law in question and a casual rejoinder to the legal profession...

"Do you not know that 'removing the underpinnings of a law-governed society' is a criminal offence which I specifically intended and designed in 1985-6 to deal with legislators.

....

Or,more aptly,to police, doctors and lawyers,"Pack your bags and go. Ireland's avenger is waiting in the wings to deliver to you the Ultimate Sanction, exile since you are not worthy of the cost of a bullet."

Go and go now,John, your love of power has proved to be your undoing.

Learning the law?

Students, male and female alike, avoid women lecturers and male tutors as you would avoid the plague since they,in their wayward idleness, are fashioning a noose for their own hanging i.e. expulsion from the island of Ireland.

MI 5 feminists and female spinsters do not understand their chosen field well enough to teach law. Their outline knowledge is the product of rote learning or of reading half-digested,poorly-written,garbled nonsense.

.....

The Sex Discrimination Act 1976 must be repealed and academic merit and lack of it be allowed to find its own level.

Perish female hysterics at university and the wealthy legal parasites and their families who fester on the open wounds of Northern society.

...

1.4.2023

We say, therefore,of law and lawyers in Northern Ireland that the laws and lawyers do not measure up to a minimum standard of good jurisprudence or proper legality and that lawyers frequently breach the rules of confidentiality and abuse their clients trust for nefarious reasons.

Frequently and ever more often as the State and police become desperate to "get a result in long-running cases that concern police", we say the NIO and Ministry of Defence attorneys are accessories to random acts of murder and serious crime. These forces in society are determined to satisfy their lust for power and treasure.

....

Pigs of men, lawyers, doctors and police. Make no mistake about that.
