....a labour system which is essentially unregulated and incapable of change. It is something they have exported to Britain successfully and are doing everything in their power through the European Union to export to Dublin. The European Union are trying by way of agency working to harness Irish naïveté and built-in prejudice and opposition to progress along British lines.
Progress entails the breaking up of large industrial farms and returning large farms to private ownership. If there are insuperable obstacles to economic diversity, we could consider leaving European Union chaos behind in the future at a time to be determined by mutual agreement.
Beforehand,we must ensure that everyone is fully prepared and markets remain open.
We should aspire for cooperation to continue on a basis of mutual benefit to all countries involved in international matters relating to Ireland and its traditional partners.

"You wanted to move to the Dutch social democratic model of the state which is ultimately funded by exports of drugs, guns and contraband. Gorbachev wanted to move to the German Christian Democratic model where you have to do a day's work to get paid and doctors are kept under tight control because there's no money to pay them or there's none left to pay them when the people who do the real work are paid. Any policeman or doctor there will tell you that if you ask them politely. France controls pubs and doctors even more strictly. Anyone with any sense wants the welfare state closed down and a lot of claimants who are only spongers or in full-time employment asked to prove their credentials by reporting to the dole office regularly. There they can be given menial work such as shovelling snow in winter or planting flowers in summer. That's why there were riots in Romania. The women sent the men out to throw stones at the police because they didn't want to weed poor people's gardens. That's because of well-meaning but naive people like you who believe in unlimited access to social security. A lot of people think that there is serious trouble coming.in prosperous countries like Britain and Ireland..."
