It is a time-worn truth that anyone who sends someone to a psychiatric hospital, particularly a G.P.,family member,member of the public or priest,wants them dead. Most politicians and business leaders have caused at least one death in this way since they are told more times than enough what goes on there i.e. medical murder.
Systemic failures in all branches of medicine are solely due to political and administrative interference as happens in every police state like Northern Ireland, the Soviet Union or Germany. The only country where this rarely happens is France and its former colonies because the judiciary protect people from the police in those domains.

Another general rule of 'civilised' society...
A lawyer who is never out of a church is a hypocrite whose negligence and incompetence and behaviour in court is causing death on an industrial scale, untold suffering and leading to completely avoidable misunderstandings before the courts. That person is all-at-sea with criminal law and court practice and his only saving grace is knowledge of some areas of civil law and a profound mistrust of the justice system, judiciary and police who he "knows like a begging ass".

And another country wisdom runs thus,
A chemist who locates his business near a police station is dispensing dangerous narcotics freely and is a danger to the public. He is at risk of being robbed by criminals and thieves and has received death threats from paramilitaries...he is a very dedicated individual who has made critical errors of judgement and is awaiting trial or expecting a serious reprimand from his professional body....
If he is located near a church in Northern Ireland,he is an ambivalent type of person and that means that he plays Country Fool off against the loyalist layabouts of the place....
