Don't get involved in revolutionary politics or paramilitary subversion, it is a loser's game and ends in disaster and humiliation. As regards academic bullies, they are everywhere in Ireland, Britain, America and Germany. They all get their comeuppance in the end and get put out (if you have a family member in the police or army or a good solicitor who can sift and discern information and casual knowledge).
If someone you meet at university pays you for your services or lends you money in time of need or comes to your assistance and sells you something cheap or, alternatively, gives you something in exchange, you cannot later complain about him openly unless he has you arrested or tries to have you killed or beaten up. Employers and politicians of all kinds do that.

Students are well-known for strike breaking.
My advice?
Never get involved in strike breaking, young students. Most of those sort are right-wing madmen,alcoholics,ex-soldiers or ex-paramilitaries. After university, they have to join the Army. They are people such as the Irish Army gang sent in to break the Dublin firemen's strike in 1978.( The British Army were sent in to break the carters' strike during the Dublin Lockout of 1913). That is never mentioned in Irish Trotskyite literature since all of them, every last one of them, broke strikes or nursed naive political fripperies close to their heart in their youth or are in receipt of small stipends from the government. The Polish Solidarity movement and socialist syndicalism are two of those innocent sets of Trotskyite fables.

Boss Hogg-types
You will have heard the old Greek axiom, "When the gods wish to destroy someone, they first of all drive him mad".
This is very true of politicians and student leaders who will stoop to any ruse to gain academic advantage. Their activities include poisoning with LSD to cover the theft of technical and academic ideas. They act from academic and personal rivalry and are in hock to and serve without payment the interests of Big Business and leading politicians with business links.
The trail of tears follows for all nails caught up in this trail of robbery and deception and rural trickery orchestrated by small businessmen.
Special measures
Psychiatric confinement requires the approval of the Dean. In my case, this was Professor Robin Greer. The students who reported me for "gross moral turpitude" were Brian Mc Cartney and John Larkin,Sean Doran and Bernadette Walsh. Those political degenerates perpetrated their cruel hoaxes in what should have been my final year at university, something which brought my career in law to an end.
The spy-in-the-cab
When you are young, students, you will excite public animosity and personal jealousy at home in equal measure. For someone in your place of study to destroy you, they must recruit someone in your family to do their dirty work for them. This is how the Provo O Neill's operated in my instance. The third party to whom they corresponded was the IRA lawbreaker,a publican and FBI agent called Noel Maguire.
Often in Ireland it is a publican who shepherds a student onto the dole queue and sometimes that publican acts on behalf of a fourth party,a social rival who sees you as a threat to his unearned fortune or personal safety. That requires the assistance of a police agent such as John West of Aghdrumsee.

Young people of Ireland,if you want to stay out of trouble at university,do not mix with older people or sportsmen. Most of the latter don't know their real parents. If they don't like you, they will first order you about before they beat you up.

When you are accosted by brigands at university or sent down, the source of your dilemma is your Advisor of Studies. That is what is known as "covering their tracks well". The sending down occurs on most occasions after the end of second year studies. In my instance that Gospeddinbwas Brice Dickson of the Alliance Party and MI 5.
If a psychiatric committal is contemplated, the Dean of the Faculty will send you to one of his police medical friends and the latter will most certainly obey His Master's Voice.
