For the tens of thousands in Northern Ireland who have been political inmates, there comes nothing from them but social disorientation,personal chaos and degradation. Thereafter,comes mental exhaustion and spiritual despair over medical insanity and betrayal by fair-weather friends.

Free State females on 'medical measures " aimed at the children of poor families?
Why on earth if there is one distressed child in Tipperary or Kilkenny should there be a psychiatric hospital in those counties? Similarly,if there is one distressed adult in Waterford should there be a psychiatric hospital in Waterford?
That would be madness. It would allow Gardai to round up those they are terrorising and place them in a psychiatric hospital to have medical stooges interrogate them. That happens when there are no substantive or legal grounds for holding suspects for interrogation.

In an age where syphillis is no more, poteen stills are a thing of the past and in an age of considerable medical and nursing salaries, counselling represents a saner, more effective method of minimising distress.
Let the the message go out to fools and knaves that this screwball behaviour chokes a society, limits its scope for adaptation, innovation and invention and sets the malingerer free and permits the pungent odours of police government to escape.
Why then is there a professed "need" for these institutions in the north of Ireland which only featherbrains advocate?

Less suicide per head of population and a different model...VERY FEW PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITALS and a universally happier and healthier population, a flourishing society which stands foremost in the ranks of progress in the entire world BAR NONE and proportionately less suicide.

Why are doctors manipulated by the Irish police bureaucracy and ex-policemen?
It is because of financial greed, occupational alcoholism, morphine addiction and fear of the unexpected i.e. sudden death or serious injury resulting in many obscene miscarriages of justice and let-offs for armed gangsters like the RUC George Cross Association.

When put to the heel of their collar,doctors will give a very different opinion of the patient which approximates to their true opinion and the first opinion of some other medical non-entity regarding the patient in question.

They are actually an attempt to cover up the trail back to some vociferous buffoon in politics,law,medicine or the clergy or, alternatively in Ireland,a publican-politician who serves British soldiers and is in trouble with the police for all-night drinking on his premises.

Reform?
It is painfully obvious that the the preponderance of medical psychopaths practicing psychiatry requires stern measures in all civilised societies and those societies that aspire to a measure of civil government.
Measures must be put in place to protect the public. Families and ex-inmates of the hospital gulags should demand a Medical Audit Commission and a Safeguarding Officer to visit each hospital setting and a confidential recipient of information from concerned staff.
